Events & FO Manager - Kesgrave Hall
We are looking for an Events & Front Office Manager to join the Senior Management team. You will be responsible for managing all events at Kesgrave Hall, from assisting our sales & marketing team at Head Office to carrying out show rounds and ensuring all administration is kept up to date. Also within your remit will be increasing hotel occupancy levels whilst maintaining and improving the already healthy average room rate, ensuring our primary OTA’s are kept current. You will be responsible for the reception and housekeeping teams and you will lead your team from the front, by example as the role is hands on. Experience in managing events at a senior level and a similar sized team, along with hotel reception and reservations experience is a pre-requisite.
Waiting Staff, part time – Le Talbooth Restaurant
Shift work and weekends, experience good but not essential as we will give training.
Kitchen Porter – Maison Talbooth
Part-time position, including weekends.
Housekeeper – Maison Talbooth
To cover maternity leave. Includes some weekend work.

Steady progression and cooking skills to at least one rosette standard is a pre-requisite and volume experience is desirable. Salary is dependent on experience.
Part Time Waiting Staff - Milsom Catering
Waiting staff required for weekend work, includes evenings. The ideal candidates will have some experience in customer service and waitering. Some bar work may also be required. Training will be given and so experience not essential. Salary dependant on experience.
Experienced Waiting Staff - Le Talbooth Restaurant
Experienced waiting staff required to fill full time positions. Shift work, includes evenings
and weekends. The ideal candidates will have exceptional customer service skills,
