1. Shopping in Suffolk

It's the number one reason that people visit Suffolk according to a Choose Suffolk survey! Suffolk is full of small towns and villages offering a large range of unique shops.

  • Long Melford – Hall Street is famous for antique shops and Angela Long Melford for fashion.
  • Southwold – great for individual boutique shops, Collen and Clare is a great favourite in the centre of the town by the war memorial.
  • Ipswich – has all the major stores plus independents. Coes for men and women and many others to explore!
  • Snape Maltings – has had a recent makeover and now has everything from clothes to garden furniture and a brilliant �home' section � and of course is also famous for the Concert Hall and the Benjamin Britten connection.
  • Suffolk Food Hall – is worth a visit too � great local produce � cheese, meat, fish, vegetables plus a garden centre overlooking the river Orwell.
