Incorporated in Pool House complex is the swimming pool complete with outdoor hot tub, decking, covered stoop with log burning fire (perfect for cooler summer evenings). Inside the pool house there is a dining area (complete with kitchen) which can be used for meetings, exclusive use and house parties, showers, changing areas plus a fully stocked bar.

The tennis court on the upper lawn must surely have one of the best views in East Anglia, right across the Dedham Vale to Stratford St Mary. These facilities are fully available to guests staying at the hotel and also to treatment room visitors who are booked on a Spa Day.
