Welcome!
Garth comes to us from Greatfosters in Egham, Surrey where he was the food and beverage manager. He is a fellow member of the St Julian’s Alumini which now means we have three within Milsom Hotels – the other two being Stas Anastasiades, our Operations Director and Nick Wildman, restaurant manager at Le Talbooth. At this rate the St Julian’s scholars will soon outnumber the Master Chefs of Great Britain (4)!
