On Tuesday 9th October, at 12 noon, Kesgrave Hall Suffolk Hotel,/a> are hosting a fringe event for the Aldeburgh Food and Drink Festival.
Stuart Oliver, head chef at milsoms Kesgrave Hall has always championed all that is great about Suffolk produce, so we are delighted to welcome one of our suppliers, Jonathan Simper from Simpers Shellfish, who are based on the river Deben. Jonathan will tell us what makes Simpers shellfish so special and Stuart will demonstrate how to make a perfect dish with mussels and cider. Then it's time to relax and enjoy a delicious three course lunch designed by Stuart using the best local produce that is in season.
