Talbooth Restaurant are offering a special coronation menu leading up to the Coronation of King Charles III, where we will be serving a special dish we created for The Queen in 1985 when we cooked for her at Colchester Town Hall. The dish, a Dartois of Salmon, Sole & Lobster will be accompanied by other regal dishes to commemorate this special occasion.
