- From 7.30am Breakfast at your leisure
- 9.30 Welcome opening ceremony as you start your journey into a morning of mindful movement and breath work to nurture your body, mind and soul. Morning Yoga Flow- MATSPACE Studio- Become aware of the breath as you gently stretch and find movement to sweep away stiffness and open your body to welcome in the day.Connecting the breath with fluid movements to rejuvenate, unwind and release tensions. This class will be powerfully energising and invigorating. Finishing with a soothing savasana, this morning practice will bring a liveliness to the mind and a vibrancy to the body leaving you feeling open, rebalanced and strong with an overall sense of tranquillity.
- 10.30 Green tea and energized shots
- 11.00 Nourish & Restore- MATSPACE Studio- This class will blend the elements of Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Centre yourself whilst you bring movement into your breathe with gentle, intentional movement leading into longer held restorative poses. Designed to stretch, restore and soothe the nervous system and nourish your whole being. Finishing with an extended Yoga Nidra, this guided meditation will leave you feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and deeply relaxed

- From 10am to 4pm Yoga and fitness activities in the Hangar with teas, juices and super shots served through the day .
- 10 am start Energising Morning Flow- MATSPACE Studio- Kick starting the day, this class will build strength, flexibility, and mental clarity as you flow though energising sequences to stimulate circulation, release tension and get the body moving. This invigorating class will leave you feeling, positive, revitalised and rebalanced.

- 1.00pm Lunch with healthy choices and some protein
- 1.45 pm Mindful and wellbeing seminar with Emma Scott

- 3pm End Of Day Wind Down- MATSPACE Studio- To end the day, this is a graceful flowing class of movement, expansive breath and meditative focus. You will stretch long, breathe deep and soften fully. Strong in parts, with soft longer held poses inviting the body to find a deep sense of calm and rest. Finishing with a guided mindful meditation to settle the body, you will leave feeling nourished and refreshed.
