Hopkins International Polo

29th June 2014 / Trinity Park

Hopkins International Polo returns to Trinity Park for an exciting third year, giving the county a rare chance to watch this game outside of the Home Counties. As well as watching international sporting action and helpful demonstrations, visitors will be able to enjoy family-friendly entertainment and, for the first time in the event’s history, the unusual and unforgettable spectacle of camel racing!

On the field, an England team will take on Clogau Wales in the Home International test match, followed by the Young Players Challenge Cup between Trinity Park and a local foursome from Stowe School, which boats its own polo team. And for anyone new to the sport, players will be giving an on-pitch demonstration of some of the rules and methods of play with supporting commentary.
