A Royal Mail study has told the nation what we at Milsom Hotels & Restaurants already know – that Kesgrave is one of the most desirable places in the country!

The postal giant commissioned a study of postcode districts to identify which areas of the country were the most desirable places to live in. Carried out by the Centre for Economic and Business Research (Cebr), the study took a number of factors into consideration, including schools, access to green spaces, employment prospects and commuting times.

The IP5 postcode district, which covers the Suffolk town of Kesgrave, came out second in the list of England’s most desirable places to live and work in England.

If you fancy finding out just what makes this Suffolk village so appealing, pop down to Kesgrave Hall and discover the perfect base from which to explore the area.

Book a weekend retreat, enjoy an overnight special offer, pop in for dinner or simply enjoy a relaxing lunch looking out onto the sweeping lawns.
