Everyone needs a bit of TLC every once in a while and the same applies to restaurant kitchens especially when they are in their seventh decade! In January 2017, Le Talbooth will be closing for three weeks while the kitchen receives a complete facelift, everything will be ripped out from the walls, ceiling, floors, fridges, cookers to the wash up. As you can imagine this is a significant amount of work so the restaurant will close after lunch on Sunday 1st January and reopen on Saturday 20th January.
During the closure, Le Talbooth will be operating a ‘pop up’ restaurant in the Garden Room at Maison Talbooth for hotel guests only. This is a one off and not to be missed especially as all the bedrooms have a 50% discount during the whole of January. Find out more the 50% offer here
Andy Hirst (head chef) and his kitchen team can’t wait for the new kitchen, in fact they might even be persuaded in giving guided tours when you next visit Le Talbooth.
Don’t leave it too long, tables can be booked online through our website or by calling 01206 323150 (9-5 Monday to Friday during the closure)
