And the winner is …

We are delighted to announce that Emily Crane is the 2016 Milsom Hotels ‘Employee of the Year’.  Emily works within the group as the spa manager in The Treatment Rooms based at Maison Talbooth in Dedham, a post that she has held for the last two years.  During that time, Emily has driven the spa forward with her marketing ideas and social media as well as putting together an excellent new team of therapists who work well together.  Emily works hard not only with her team but with the rest of her peers throughout the hotel and the rest of the group.  And finally (but very importantly), she is a true ‘Merchant of Happiness’ – the Milsom motto!

Before announcing the main award, Paul Milsom said that it was good to see staff from across the group from front of house and housekeepers to chef’s and kitchen porters.  Every member of staff were worthy winners and have given much to the company during the past year.

The Employee awards are now in their second year, with all members of staff from each property voting for their peers every quarter to become ‘Employee of the Season’, these winners are then go through to the Employee of the Year award.  The award is given out at a lunch for all awardees held in Mr G’s at milsoms in Dedham.
