We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join the team at The Pier at Harwich.

Who are you?

  • Current / previous experience in a high volume restaurant or brassiere not necessarily a five star but somewhere known for its service and style
  • Keen interest and product knowledge of all drinks, especially wine.
  • A natural leader, you know how to get the best from your team
  • A good communicator, exceptionally friendly and inclusive, even after a long shift
  • Experience in supporting the seamless running of a restaurant by providing excellent guest service
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and work on your own initiative

Day to day

  • Reporting directly to the General Manager
  • 3 direct feeds
  • Leading a multi-faceted and proactive team of full timers and part timers
  • Scale of team 5-20
  • 50 hour week, splits & straights
