Milsoms in Dedham are excited to announce that their WINTERBAR will be opening late October and can be booked for private parties – either at lunchtime or in the evening.
Every year in the run up to Christmas and in the New Year, the terrace area is transformed into a fabulous, informal space complete with bar, wooden tables, festoon lighting and throws. And last but not least, we’ll be adding Christmas trees in December!
The WINTERBAR adds to the relaxed and informal setting at Milsoms, is an interesting alternative to our more traditional private dining rooms and is ideal for a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 60 people.
The Milsoms team will be offering a couple of great options for food:
Winterbar Menu Option 1
Choice of two of the following options to be served:
- Gourmet burger: ‘Donald Russell’ pattie served with applewood cheddar, house sauce and pickles in a toasted brioche bun
- Middle Eastern veggie burger: crispy onions, hummous & harissa aioli (V)
- Proctors Suffolk jumbo sausage dog with cheese, guacamole, fried onions, mustard jalapeños and classic condiments
- Vegetarian sausage hot dog served with cheese, guacamole, fried onions, jalapeños and classic condiments (V)
All served with skinny fries and salad.
£15 per burger per person
Winterbar Menu Option 2
Choice of two of the following options:
- Sautéed ‘Donald Russell’ beef strips, with a wild mushroom stroganoff sauce. Served with basmati rice
- Layers of root vegetables and lasagne pasta with a Mediterranean tomato sauce. Served with garlic bread (V)
- Milsoms’ chilli con carne, served with sour cream and toasted flat bread, with fennel & cumin braised rice
- Authentic Thai green chicken curry, served with shrimp crackers and basmati rice
£25 per person
There will be a hire charge of £100 for the Winterbar.
