With the Milsom Booking Incentive Scheme, you can earn points and rewards every time you book business accommodation, meetings or meals at any of our properties on behalf of your company.

We appreciate the time and effort that goes into planning corporate events, whether it be board meetings and conferences or working lunches and overnight stays. At Milsom Hotels & Restaurants, we believe all your bookings are important and have launched a loyalty scheme that recognises and rewards this. Points are valid for two years from the first booking and based upon direct bookings with Milsom Hotels & Restaurant. Please retain lunch/dinner receipts from Milsoms Kesgrave Hall and Milsoms as proof of purchase when claiming points. Rewards are subject to availability and excludes Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, Christmas and New Year.

How to join

Simply contact the Milsom Business team on [email protected] and we’ll arrange everything for you, including sending you a copy of our booking form so you can keep track of how many points you’re earning with every booking. Alternatively, download the form here.

How to claim

When you have reached a value that you would like to redeem, please email the completed booking form to the Milsom Business team. Once it has been validated, the voucher for redemption will be emailed across to you – please allow five working days.
