The Pier

On the ground floor (just 20 metres from the harbour wall) is the NAVYÄRD bar and terrace – a continentally inspired bar with an enviable drinks and gin list.

The wines, beers, ales, drinks list and Gin Library have been sourced from across Europe and are complemented throughout the day by Nordic-inspired small-plated food. Fresh pastries and the simplest tastiest late breakfasts (think eggs, rye bread and avocado) through to open Scandinavian sandwiches, sharing platters and fresh, locally caught shellfish and oysters.

The Gin Library offers four levels of gins across four shelves and, along with our craft, cask and artisan beers, ales and a Nordic-inspired small-plate bar menu, makes the NAVYÄRD bar and terrace ‘the’ go-to destination for our neighbours, friends and welcomed guests.

Milsoms

The bar at Milsoms is open all day day, every day and we invite you to join us whenever it suits.

There’s a great pint to be had at all of the bars at Milsom Hotels, but at Milsoms, you can enjoy indoors at the bar or in our lounge, or outside in the sunshine on our sail-covered terrace.

Come alone or with friends, with work colleagues or family – we’ll be happy to create your favourite cocktail, serve you a local ale, artisan cider or walk you through our enviable selection of at least 10 gin varieties.

There’s excellent coffee, tea and cordials too. Milsoms has a great atmosphere and is often buzzing with people – although with two terraces, gardens, a lounge, bar and restaurant – there is always somewhere to hideaway if you prefer.

You don’t need to eat and you don’t need to be staying at the hotel. Just pop in whenever you like, grab a seat and kick back.

Milsoms Kesgrave Hall

We have a great bar at Milsoms Kesgrave Hall, we’re open all day, every day, and would love you to join us.

There’s a huge lawn at the front of the bar and you’re welcome to spread out or make use of the balls and games.

Bring your kids, bring your dogs, bring the in-laws (in whatever order you like) or just come alone with a book and enjoy a pint.

The grounds are beautiful, the staff are beautiful and we have all the lovely drinks that you’d expect as standard. Artisan beers, local ciders, a wide selection of gins (at least 10 varieties to choose from), cocktails, wines, champagne and, of course, great coffee.
