Take time out of the everyday bustle and stresses of our busy lives to enjoy a day for yourself. It's important to Reconnect - Reflect - Relax - Release - Rejuvenate.  It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or an expert; you will all benefit from our Yoga & Mindfulness Days set within our beautiful grounds.

Our experienced Yoga teacher will guide you through everything from yoga to meditation. You’ll learn how to release energy points within the body and discover ways to focus and relax your mind.

What's involved:

Appreciate what nature has to offer with walking therapy. Yoga movement, including Hatha and Vinyasa flow, a 2-course delicious healthy lunch, with snacks throughout the day, a 25-minute treatment, use of the Spa in the afternoon, ending with a relaxing Yin yoga session and guided meditation.
