FAQs

Do I need to spend the entirety of my monetary voucher in one visit?

If you don't manage to spend your entire monetary voucher, you can partially redeem your vouchers. We will deduct your bill from the voucher and reissue a new voucher for the remaining value, to use on your next visit.

How soon will Physical Vouchers be sent?

Vouchers will be despatched within 2 working days of orders being placed. Milsom Hotels and Restaurants do not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of vouchers after posting and recommend that vouchers over £100 are sent by secure mail which will also be despatched within 2 working days. Special delivery vouchers should be received two working days from the day you submit your order.

The Small Print

Vouchers are sent by Royal Mail in an exclusive presentation wallet with space for a personal message, either to you or the recipient directly. Vouchers will be despatched within 2 working days of orders being placed.
