I would just like to say a HUGE thank you to you both and the whole team at Milsoms Kesgrave Hall for another incredible event we had this year on the 21st Sept.
We had nothing but praises regarding your staff, the level of service and quality of food!
Nothing was too much of an ask, and the team on hand on the day were amazing at taking all my requests and everything went so smoothly and was sorted straight away.
A special thank you to a lady on your team called Rose, which I don’t think I met and may work in the office or reception, but Sabina our VIP host left her shoes back at home in Ireland. Rose drove her and Sabina to the NEXT down the road right before the evening so Sabina could buy some heels and Sabina was over the moon. That is going above and beyond, and so grateful Rose did that – please extend my thank you to her and if she can get any type of reward for that then we would be so grateful.
The reason our event ran so smoothly is down to your fantastic team. Please extend my thanks to all of FOH, the chefs, reception, everyone – thank you!
Rebecca, you were super helpful in the lead up to our event to, answering my questions and helping me with late additions. You’d always answer my emails very swiftly and having that great communication was key to our event success also. Thank you!
It has been a pleasure to work with you both for another year, and I’m sure we will be booking Milsoms again for our Care Awards 2024 – however next year I won’t be planning much of it as…. I’m expecting a baby in April 2024! Surprise! 😃
I’m gutted I won’t be planning the next one, as Milsoms Kesgrave Hall truly is such a special venue and makes the planning so much easier, however I’m sure I will get an invite and hopefully see you both again at some point next year!
