I wanted to write and thank you for an excellent stay at the Harwich Pier. Although the idea of Harwich came to us late, we were ever so pleased that we came to you. Given [name hidden] allergies, we have often had to compromise when we go to restaurants and chains where the menu is set and the kitchen remains inflexible. At the Pier, it is the first time she has ever had a Christmas or a full 3 course meal since she was born. I was extremely happy that chef Andy and his team were able to innovate and bring us delectable dishes which she savoured. As simple as it sounds, the garlic bread, the pudding, the fried rice and others have given us ideas. At least for a parent, there is no greater happiness than to see your child fed. Your team went over and above so for that I remain thankful and will be sure to pass on the word to others. It has also increased our confidence in being able to go out and have her allergies managed in the future.
