We stayed with you at the weekend for the first time for a friend’s birthday – we took over all the rooms in the Annex. I just wanted to send a note of thanks because all your staff were fantastic, but special thanks to Caroline (I believe that’s her name – lovely Scottish lady), who served us at breakfast. Her warm welcome, friendly personality and wonderful sense of humour made our morning. Also, our compliments on the food too! We look forward to returning to The Pier again soon.
