With a busy summer ahead, the kitchen at Le Talbooth are looking to recruit a full time Chef de Partie.

This role is a fantastic job opportunity for the right person in what is definitely one of the most iconic and leading restaurants in the area.  The job comes with great career prospects and all the benefits of working for the Milsom Hotel group of hotels and restaurants.  Le Talbooth is situated on the banks of the River Stour in Dedham and has 3 AA rosettes; the restaurant celebrates its 70th anniversary in 2022.

For the next few months, Milsom Catering (the outside catering section of the business) has a full calendar looking after many weddings and parties in East Anglia, they are currently recruiting experienced Commis and Chef de Partie to join them during the summer.  Again, enjoy the benefits of working for Milsom Hotels from the first day you work for us and for the right people there could be a chance to progress in the company.
