There’s business and there’s Milsom Business and we firmly believe that work should be enjoyable so we’re delighted to confirm that we’ll be ‘Back in Business’ with the next showcase in the Marquee at Le Talbooth on Tuesday 28th September.
This will be our third Milsom Business Showcase and this time we are excited to announce our keynote speaker as David Whiteley, former BBC TV and Radio presenter.
David was born in Essex, used to front the BBC One current affairs programme Inside Out as well as regularly hosting BBC Look East. David has recently joined ITV Anglia.
David also works as a media consultant and trainer with many UK and global brands including Marks and Spencer, Mini Cooper, Anglian Water, Gardline Marine Surveys, CEFAS and Bernard Matthews. He can offer bespoke training as well as corporate advice and film making. In his spare time (not much of it!) he runs and also surfs in the North Sea, all year round, yes, even in the winter!
This promises to be a fun and informative insight into his work in media across the region and nationally along with the ‘do’s and don’t’ of a feature or news story.
Several local Essex and Suffolk businesses will be showcasing their companies on the day so this is a perfect opportunity for informal networking and of course, treat yourselves to some Milsom hospitality beside the River Stour!
