Andrew Thurston was promoted to Head Chef at The Pier back in May 2022.
Andrew joined the Milsom Group back in 2016 originally working as a Chef de Partie at Talbooth Restaurant working up from Junior Sous Chef to Sous Chef. Working alongside Andrew Hirst and Jamie Jackson at Talbooth Restaurant, Andrew helped win the Talbooth 3 AA rosettes.
In Andrew’s short time at The Pier, he has already introduced several new exciting dishes and many more to come no doubt! Congrats Andrew!
