The lanes and roads around Dedham are alive to the sound of running feet of Team Dedham as people take part in the training schedule for this year’s Fiducia 10k Run on Sunday 16th September.
The race starts from the playing field behind the High Street at 11 am and follows an exacting route – yes there are hills in Essex as the runners will tell you – before returning to the finish line by the cricket pavillion.
Team Dedham have 22 runners made up of staff, friends and family who are joining in the fun to raise money for our charity of 2018/19 which supports the Colchester Cancer Centre and the 2019 Club of which Paul Milsom is Patron. Paul set the challenge to run the race with him and raise much needed funds for the charity.
