Accommodation at The Pier
The Pier consists of two historic buildings standing proudly on the Harwich quay side.
The Essex hotel’s main building, built in the 1850s, houses a stunning first-floor restaurant serving the freshest fish and seafood, a ground-floor Scandinavian-inspired bar and terrace called the NAVYÄRD, and seven second-floor bedrooms, most of which overlook the estuary.
The second building was formerly the Angel public house, which is now fully refurbished and converted into a further seven bedrooms.
All 14 bedrooms are carefully furnished with individual touches and have private bathrooms with luxury Elemis products, wifi, complimentary soft drinks in your mini bar and Sky In-Room. Several rooms also offer sofa beds for accompanying children.
