Our experienced yoga teachers will guide you through everything from yoga to meditation. You’ll learn how to release energy points within the body and discover ways to focus and relax your mind.
Choose from two peaceful venues and as well as some location-specific experiences, you’ll also enjoy a two-course lunch, spa treatment and use of the facilities, yoga and guided meditation throughout the day.
