My husband and myself came to your stunning viewing yesterday afternoon for an afternoon indulgence.

I would just like to say how incredible it was, we both haven’t felt so relaxed in a long time, (we have a 2 year old whirlwind daughter) the atmosphere was just perfect, neither of us wanted to leave. Also I had both of the treatments with a lovely lovely young lady I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name, only that she will be getting soon and going on honeymoon to Mexico! I received quite possibly the best massage I’ve ever had, and again the atmosphere was perfect!

So thank you so so very much for making our little afternoon getaway absolutely perfect!! You shall certainly be seeing us again and I will certainly be recommending you to a lot of people!

Good morning Kirsty, Kitchen Chef and Waiting Staff,

J and I would like to say “Thank You” to everyone for excellent service on Sunday 23rd December 2018, when we celebrated J’s 60th Birthday in the Saloon.

Three of our guests travelling to The Pier on Sunday 23rd December, were late arriving, due to making alternative travel arrangements primarily because two guests could not join us because of ill health.

The Chef cooking on Sunday 23rd December, was really kind and held off serving our lunch at 13.45 instead of the planned 13.15.  This worked out very well, as by this time our missing guests arrived and we could then all eat together.  So again, a really big “Thank You” for making J’s birthday celebration run smoothly, and all our guests enjoyed their meal.

The Waiting staff were very patient, in light of the last minute change of plan and therefore change of guests lunch orders with regard to the two steaks dinners ordered instead of the Christmas Lunch Menu choice.  Also, then having to alter the final invoice for our payment.

Everyone had a lovely afternoon, and J and I were very pleased our celebration went so well, and we would have no hesitation in recommending The Pier to friends and family in the future ~

Hi,

Finally got round to writing a thank you Email for the Xmas Party on 15th Saturday in the Hangar.

Probably one of the best Xmas functions I have attended.

The food was exceptional and the entertainment including the photo shoot was spot one.

The serving staff did a tremendous job and everyone I have spoken to since has been extremely complimentary.

I was given a voucher for my birthday for your afternoon tea. My son and I came over yesterday afternoon to use it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon, the food was delicious especially the scones and we enjoyed tasting different flavour teas. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly and the waitress had time to talk to us. Everything helped to make it a special occasion so please pass our thanks to your staff.

Maybe I can drop hints for my next birthday when I reach 85.

Good afternoon

We would like to thank you all so much for the hard work put in on Saturday evening, in the Mess Room, for my husband’s 70th Birthday celebrations. It was a resounding success and everybody thoroughly enjoyed the evening – the venue, the food, the drinks, the waiting staff and the ambience created by Harvey’s affable personality.  His attention to detail, which appeared effortless, was outstanding (he is certainly an asset to your team).

An incredible evening that left us all with happy memories of an amazing dinner party at Milsoms Kesgrave Hall.

Everything we could have wished for and we would certainly recommend.
