Just spent a few days at the Pier; as ever the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Lovely room overlooking the estuary and the food was sumptuously tasty. Will be back soon!

We had a fantastic time and your staff were fantastic also!! I have enjoyed the cinema evenings very much & the excellent meal after. I just want to say a big thank you for all your work to make our event at The Angel on 28th May so special. You and everyone we dealt with were always flexible and helpful with our arrangements and went out of your way to meet our requests. We were especially grateful about your storing and serving up the anniversary cake that my mum and sister had made as this gave us a chance for speeches. Waitresses were also very helpful fitting in with our timing and serving tea and squash for the children. We have had lots of praise for the location and the food, which was delicious! Particular praise all around for the fish and chips and the Thai chicken curry, and the children loved their ice cream sundaes. We had a very special and memorable day and will definitely recommend you to others. Many thanks again.

Just a quick line to say a huge thank you for our stay at the Pier last week. We were thoroughly spoiled (especially by the lovely Caroline at breakfast and the boys on the bar – where we spent far too much time!!). Such a lovely break, Thanks again for the fabulous stay and your time.

Absolutely loved the cinema night I attended and found it great value for money and times were perfect, service and food was all wonderful. I’d like to send my thanks for a really lovely evening and hope to attend again in the future.

We stayed with you at the weekend for the first time for a friend’s birthday – we took over all the rooms in the Annex.  I just wanted to send a note of thanks because all your staff were fantastic, but special thanks to Caroline (I believe that’s her name – lovely Scottish lady), who served us at breakfast. Her warm welcome, friendly personality and wonderful sense of humour made our morning. Also, our compliments on the food too!  We look forward to returning to The Pier again soon.

I just wanted to send a note of thanks for an incredible Christmas Day experience at Milsoms Kesgrave Hall! Although all years have been wonderful, this year was exceptional and we enjoyed every drink, course and company of other guest.

A special mention to the staff – What a crew! From the moment we walked in, until the moment we left; it was faultless! Everybody played a special part and it was utterly seamless and did not go unnoticed – Well done to you all as it is not an easy service to coordinate, however, Milsoms seems to do it with ease year after year!

Happy New Year to you all! I hope each of you got to spend time with your families.

I wanted to pass on my sincere gratitude to you and the team for the excellent effort by all in ensuring my sister’s 50^th birthday was a huge success.

Whilst I appreciate the huge amount of work that goes on the background I’d like to make a special mention towards both Callum and Chloe. Both were a credit to milsoms and could not have done any more for us to make the day special. Callum especially is a very talented young man and will go a long way in whatever he turns his hand too. Again, both are exceptional.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the wonderful service we had on Sunday in Mr G’s. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. My mum had a truly lovely lunch to celebrate her big Birthday. I am sure we will be back next year to do it all again to celebrate my Dad’s birthday.

I would just like to say a HUGE thank you to you both and the whole team at Milsoms Kesgrave Hall for another incredible event we had this year on the 21^st Sept.

We had nothing but praises regarding your staff, the level of service and quality of food!

Nothing was too much of an ask, and the team on hand on the day were amazing at taking all my requests and everything went so smoothly and was sorted straight away.

A special thank you to a lady on your team called Rose, which I don’t think I met and may work in the office or reception, but Sabina our VIP host left her shoes back at home in Ireland. Rose drove her and Sabina to the NEXT down the road right before the evening so Sabina could buy some heels and Sabina was over the moon. That is going above and beyond, and so grateful Rose did that – please extend my thank you to her and if she can get any type of reward for that then we would be so grateful.

The reason our event ran so smoothly is down to your fantastic team. Please extend my thanks to all of FOH, the chefs, reception, everyone – thank you!

Rebecca, you were super helpful in the lead up to our event to, answering my questions and helping me with late additions. You’d always answer my emails very swiftly and having that great communication was key to our event success also. Thank you!

It has been a pleasure to work with you both for another year, and I’m sure we will be booking Milsoms again for our Care Awards 2024 – however next year I won’t be planning much of it as…. I’m expecting a baby in April 2024! Surprise! 😃

I’m gutted I won’t be planning the next one, as Milsoms Kesgrave Hall truly is such a special venue and makes the planning so much easier, however I’m sure I will get an invite and hopefully see you both again at some point next year!

I just wanted to say how fantastic Saturday was. The food was absolutely delicious and Yolanda our waitress was a delight. So so helpful.

The venue was gorgeous and the outside space much appreciated on that beautiful evening. A good time was had by all !! All in all the perfect night.
