Good morning, I just wanted to say thank you a special thank you to Elena and Jack for their service and help on Saturday for my function in the Library in the evening.

The room was decorated beautifully for me. They couldn’t do more to help and were extremely attentive all evening with drinks etc even bearing in mind how busy the restaurant was! Thank you again from myself and my Husband Tim who had a great 50th celebration.

Good morning Gemma, Our son’s 40th birthday celebration was just wonderful on Saturday.

We arrived to a really warm welcome and the library looked lovely. During the afternoon nothing was too much trouble and the service, as well as the food, was excellent.

Dear Gemma, I write to sincerely thank you and your colleagues for what was a splendidly wonderful occasion; a celebratory lunch yesterday for Andrew and our friends we will never forget.

Your expert organisational skills and helpfulness ‘set the scene’ for all to enjoy what was a truly wonderful occasion.

My thanks to the Chefs, Ollie and Tim for the sumptuous and exquisite lunch that was served to all (the compliments to them regarding the standard of the food were overflowing from our guests!) and also my thanks to the lovely Darren and Charlie for all their hard work in ensuring all guests were looked after; and of course, not forgetting the gentleman who I believe had the task of washing up. All elements made for a simply superb experience.

As I mentioned, I had organised a similar (evening) function with yourselves for A’s 50^th birthday (can’t quite believe that was eleven years ago!); and the years have not faded the consistently high quality service provided by all those mentioned above at Milsoms.

A huge thank you Gemma to you and your colleagues and please pass my gratitude and best wishes on to all concerned; and I would appreciate you forwarding this email onto the Senior Management of Milsoms as I would like my appreciation of the Team to be known.

Dear Jess, Alex, Sarah and all the lovely girls who looked after us so beautifully for my birthday party at Milsom Hotels on Friday.

I don’t know quite where to begin apart from a huge thank you from us and all our guests!

From beginning to end and against all the odds you have made my birthday party at Milsom Hotels a celebration; the best it could possibly have been; the planning, the re-scheduling, the advice, the details, your superb warm and friendly hospitality where nothing was too much trouble, I can’t tell you how much we appreciated it.

Everything went so smoothly, you truly made it everything I’d hoped for.

The food was excellent, as we knew it would be, please thank the Chef and all the kitchen team for such a feast.

The house itself is stunning, down to the finest detail, we and all our guests loved staying with you.  Some knew it from previous visits and some were there for the first time, but every one of them loved their stay with you, it was just perfect.  Even the weather!

We love Maison Talbooth, it has always held many happy memories for us and we are already looking forward to returning soon.  And to start planning my 60th!

With our thanks once again to you all, for giving me the happiest of weekends, the best of celebrations, and lots of wonderful memories – see you soon.

Good Afternoon,

Just want to say thank you to Sarah, Josh and the team for a great dining experience last night, despite the restrictions now imposed.

We are regulars, but to be honest we haven’t been since the 10pm curfew started as we thought it just wouldn’t be the same!

But we were pleasantly surprised!

The food was delicious, staff did really well, even with the masks and we were thrilled to have been given the option to move to the lounge for drinks when our table was required,  rather than being shown the door.

Great customer service, thank you and well done.

We will be back as always 🙂

Just a few lines to thank you for yet another wonderful stay with you.

The spa is a fantastic addition and Katie, Isabelle and Erica looked after us brilliantly. Many thanks.

The chefs are just about the most talented group we have ever come across – always an absolute pleasure to dine with you all.

The waiting staff are all amazing and make the whole experience fantastic. The reception staff are knock out!

Dear Mariann

We had a wonderful weekend at Maison Talbooth and I wanted to write and thank you in person for the very unobtrusive and kindly service you and all the staff gave our family.  We so appreciated everything done for us, the lovely rooms, meals, children’s tea times and informal supper time.

I am well aware the children will have been a bit of a nuisance with their noise, mess and running around but it was so well tolerated and they had a really happy time.

Every member of our family thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and we would recommend Maison Talbooth to any one and any age. Our three generations were made very comfortable and treated so well be the smiley and willing staff.

I would have sent this email to Ian Rhodes but do not have a direct email address for him. Please could I ask that you thank him sincerely on our behalf as we were delighted with the professionalism with which he and his staff managed the catering for our event.

From the outset everything has been communicated exceptionally clearly and great advice was provided whilst also being happy to incorporate any requests we’ve made. We appreciated being able to have a tasting evening in advance and the attention we were given there. On the night everything from our guests and our perspective ran incredibly smoothly. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We have been inundated with compliments about the food. The staff were outstanding and very discrete but friendly. Sarah was a pleasure to work with and anticipated every need.

We will certainly be recommending you to others.

I’ve been given your details as Gwenny’s Line Manager. I just would like to express my gratitude and thanks to Gwenny and her team, and also to recognise Gwenny for an absolutely brilliant event yesterday. Her help and support was above and beyond, we did ask many favours and strange questions but nothing was too much trouble for her – she was amazing!

Kesgrave Hall is such a lovely setting and the feedback from the day has been wonderful, from the beautiful venue, to the delicious sandwiches and cakes.

Once again please recognise and thank Gwenny as she was an absolute star – thank you so much we will certainly be using your venue again.
